What Tyres24 wanted.

Tyres24 fits tyres at the customer's location around the clock, on everything from a Ford Fiesta to a 7.5-tonne truck. The previous site couldn't handle the variety of vehicle classes properly, the booking journey collapsed on mobile, and fleet enquiries got lost in the same form as consumer ones.

How we planned it.

We separated the booking flow into clear vehicle-class lanes (car, van, light commercial, HGV) right from the homepage. Each lane has its own quote logic, expected response time and dispatch path. Fleet enquiries get a dedicated route with their own SLA, and the whole journey is designed mobile-first because most bookings happen from a roadside.

How we built and shipped it.

A fast, mobile-first Next.js website. Vehicle-class branching at the top of the funnel. Postcode-based coverage checking. Instant tyre quoting per vehicle class. A dedicated fleet enquiry path.
