What Alpha MOT Centre wanted.

Alpha MOT Centre wanted one studio to own everything digital: brand, website, booking, tyres, social, paid ads and SEO. The previous setup was a legacy brochure site, paper diaries, scattered social accounts and no clear way to measure where new bookings actually came from.

How we planned it.

We mapped customer journeys around the two parallel revenue streams, MOTs and tyre fitting, and separated paid and organic traffic into clearly measured funnels. The site was planned as a booking engine first and a brochure second. Every channel was tied to three KPIs: bookings made, average booking value and customer return rate, reported back to the centre every month.

How we built and shipped it.

A refreshed brand system that runs across signage, the website and social. A fast Next.js website with DVLA reg-lookup, instant tyre quoting against 40,000+ SKUs, lane-aware MOT booking and integrated tyre commerce. A managed social calendar across Meta and Google Business Profile. Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns optimised weekly. Technical SEO, local SEO and structured data across the site. Ongoing monthly reporting.

DVLA integration auto-fills vehicle data, then ranks tyre options by price, longevity and noise. Typed fitment data sits behind a single one-screen flow.

Lane-aware MOT booking

Each MOT lane is modelled as a real workshop resource. The calendar respects technician availability and tyre fitting bays so customers never book a fantasy slot.

Paid + social + SEO loop

Google Ads, Meta Ads, social content and organic SEO all feed the same booking system, so we can see exactly which channel filled which slot and adjust spend accordingly.
